Return & Refund Policy

At Ratnex, we deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, if you find it necessary to return a product, we have outlined our return and refund policies below for your convenience.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products purchased from Ratnex. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance items. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 

If you paid using a gift card, we will issue a refund to a new gift card that will be sent to you via email. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the item according to our return policy.
